Lilja's Story
Our Senior Executive Director, Lila Hickford, joined ITV music after its creation in 2014. She started as an executive producer after working for some of Music's biggest brands, such as: Sony and Columbia Records. She has worked with the brands most successful artists and is constantly striving to achieve perfection.

Jake joined us as the senior technical manager after working for the UK's biggest commercial radio company Global. Jake started his career at the BBC. He created the Radio 1 Live Lounge and worked as the senior producer for the segment. After working for the BBC he went into radio, starting as technical director for LBC. After working for LBC he was promoted to Director of Technical Production for Global Radio Group.

Alex's Story
Alex joined as a technical apprentice after graduating from The Global Academy.
Alex works as a studio technician recording the excellent music for live radio and recording.
In addition to her work in ITV Music Alex has had the opportunity to work on the set of This Morning and GMB as part of the technical secondment.

Megan's Story
Megan joined as the Head of Creative after a long and successful career working as a production designer on the West End. She has worked on shows such as Little Shop of Horrors and Six the musical. Her role includes producing and designing all of the costume, lighting and graphic elemnts for all of our ITV artist and campaigns.
