  • The purposes include, but are not limited to: viewing content produced by ITV; ​interacting with online content; and accessing social media accounts owned or operated by ITV or any of its other brands. These terms also apply to individuals whom are using www.itvmusic.co.uk to access the audio visual production "stars in the spotlight". Such individuals are also responsible under the relevant ITV broadcasting terms and conditions. These are available at www.itv.co.uk and can be updated in accordance with ITV policy.  

 

Responsibility for availability of content and services:

•  The services made available to the U on this website are subject to change at any time without prior knowledge to the U in accordance with ITV commercial business strategy. The publication and ownership of use of services will remain solely to ITV plc. ITV is responsible for all publications to this website and editiorial control is delegated to a relevant company director. Any complaints or feedback on the sevices provided msut be made to the relevant ITV department.

 

Who can use our services:

• You must be aged over 18 years old to use this service 

  • If you are aged under 18 Years old you can use the services provided on this website with the following criteria:​

    • Expressed permission from a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 ​

    • You and Your parent have read the terms of service issued for the appropriate ITV product and are aware of the regulating legislation.  

    • Your parent or legal guardian gives expressed consent to the relevant terms and conditions. 

• Furthermore ITV wishes to express clearly that some of the content held within this website is NOT suitable for younger children. ITV pledges to make this appropriate to parents with a clear "explicit music" label. This is in accordance with the relevant child protection legislation, as set out under the British Music Board regulation standards Policy 2017 Ch. 4 S.8. 

• In addition to this ITV will make explicit content hidden from children by using a 'date of birth test'. ITV cannot be held responsible for any attempts for children to bypass this test by using a fraudlent DOB.

Where can I access ITV (Music) services?

• ITV services can legally be accessed within the following locations:

  • United Kingdom (inc. Northern Ireland)​

  • The Republic of Ireland 

  • Member states of the European Union (inc. Switzerland) 

• Access to any ITV service outside of any of these countries is strictly prohibited and must not be attempted. 

• Further to this the U will be violating these terms if they attempt by any means to access the services owned by ITV using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or any form of 'Geo-blocker'. 

• ITV also expresses that some services within its brands are only available in select locations within the UK. ITV will identify these services approaptley in accordance with the relative legislation.
